Coffee of the Month: Bolivian Caranavi - Fair Trade & Organic

The Cenaproc Co-op has consistently produced stellar coffees over the years, with several top ten rankings in the Bolivian Coffee Competition. Located 12 hours from La Paz, Bolivia, in the state of La Paz, the Co-op is comprised of several small communities and villages.

The cherries are handpicked and represent some of the finest organic farms in the area. This particular lot was produced by 41 small coffee producers who received an excellent premium for their hard work. A great coffee doing great things!

Cupping Notes
: Slightly spicy, sweet, hints of maple of syrup and raw chocolate, delicate body, mild acidity, good balance, clean finish with a nutty flavor.
