From crop to cup, my family and I work hard to source, roast, and serve the best cup of coffee you've ever had.  To make sure your coffee experience meets or exceeds your expectations, here are a few things you need to know:

Coffee Roasted To Order

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders received before 7 am on Tuesday-Friday will be processed, roasted and shipped that day. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Holidays will be roasted and shipped the following work day. For example, if an order is received at 3 pm on Tuesday, it will be roasted and shipped on Wednesday.

WHAT IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?

If your coffee arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will make it right with a full refund on cost of coffee.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Coffee Subscription

WHAT IS A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

This is the most convenient way to enjoy freshly roasted Bald Guy Brew Coffee. You choose the frequency and the coffees, and I will take care of the rest. Subscriptions are easy to manage and take away the headache of trying to plan your order so that you won't run out.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?

Members have access to special offers, will save 15% on their first order, and pay a $6.00 flat rate shipping on all subsequent orders.

Delivery Options

HOW SOON WILL MY COFFEE BE DELIVERED?

All coffee orders and coffee subscriptions will be shipped Priority Mail with USPS and arrive anywhere from 1 - 3 days upon order depending on your location. Starting soon there will also be an option for home or office delivery in Boone proper.
